How we work

Three parts.
No bloat.

A clear, honest path from where you are to chosen. No twelve-month retainers that quietly do nothing. Just the work that actually moves you forward, and permission to stop after any of it.

01 / AUDIT

Audit

See what's broken, bloated, or pointless. We map exactly where you stand, across content, technical, authority and visibility, before anyone proposes a single thing to do.

02 / POSITIONING

Positioning

Get your messaging, content and tone aligned to how buyers actually decide now, and to what reasoning models reward and surface. The words you use, sharpened.

03 / IMPLEMENTATION

Implementation

Not theory. A mapped-out plan, sequenced and owned. Built to get seen, trusted, and chosen, and measured on the visibility that actually moves revenue.

At a glance

Short, scoped, and sequenced. Each part earns the next.

Audit1 to 2 weeks

From access to readout. A written findings document and a live walkthrough, prioritised by impact.

Positioning2 to 3 weeks

Message, proof and tone reworked around how your buyers decide. You get the reasoning, not just the words.

ImplementationSequenced

Scoped from the audit, run in the order that moves visibility first. Reviewed monthly against outcomes, not activity.

What working together actually looks like

It's just me

You work directly with the person doing the thinking. No account managers, no junior hand-off, no telephone game. That keeps it sharp, fast, and genuinely accountable.

Custom, not templated

Every engagement is built around your actual situation. This isn't a content farm or a plug-and-play package. You get judgement, and the reasoning behind it, not a checklist.

Written down, every time

Every finding, recommendation and decision lands in a document you own. If you want to run the plan without me, you can. Nothing lives in my head that you'd have to pay to access.

Measured on what matters

Not rankings for their own sake, not impressions, not a monthly report designed to look busy. Visibility where your buyers actually look, and whether it turns into revenue.

Fit

This works brilliantly for some people. Not for everyone.

Good fit

  • Founders and leadership teams who want the truth more than they want reassurance.
  • Businesses that have been buying marketing for years and can't say what it changed.
  • Teams that have outgrown a template and need judgement applied to their situation.
  • People who can make a decision without a committee.

Probably not

  • Anyone who needs a case study before they'll believe a recommendation.
  • Businesses looking for a cheaper way to do what they're already doing.
  • Teams that want a deck to forward, rather than a plan to act on.
  • Anyone who takes a blunt sentence personally.
Straight answers

Questions, answered honestly.

Do I have to buy all three parts?+

No. Everyone starts with the audit, and plenty of people stop there. Positioning and implementation only happen if the audit shows they'd earn their keep.

Who actually does the work?+

Me. There's no account manager, no junior hand-off and no agency layer. If specialist hands are needed for implementation, I'll say so and you'll know exactly who they are.

What do you need from us?+

Read-only access to the numbers, a short call, and someone who can make decisions. That's genuinely it. I don't run workshops to fill a day.

How do you price it?+

Each part is a fixed fee, agreed up front and scoped from the previous one. No retainers that quietly roll on. Send the form and I'll give you a straight number.

What happens if the honest answer is 'don't'?+

Then that's what you'll hear, in writing, with the reasoning. You'll have paid for certainty instead of activity, which is the better deal.

Start with an audit.

One form, one reply, one honest conversation. Then you decide.
