I present Extension with the polish of an agency because the work deserves it — but you always deal directly with the person doing the thinking. Nothing gets lost in translation, and nobody's incentivised to sell you more than you need.
Every recommendation is reasoned, evidenced and stress-tested. If I can't explain why, I won't recommend it.
